What is your Return Policy?
Returns are only accepted for damaged product. Purchaser is responsible to inspect all shipments for any damages, Manufacturer warranty (if any) will apply.
NO RETURNS on any custom work or apparel. Sizing on any product is the customer’s responsibility. NO RETURNS will be accepted on improper sizing.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping charges will be applied based on each individual order. Items will ship via UPS or Federal Express. Large items will be shipped via Freight.
With the rising cost of fuel shipping charges on large items (football sleds, weightlifting equipment, etc.), Mojo Sports recommends that you should CALL IN to ORDER these types of items in order to ensure the most accurate shipping costs.
In stock items ordered are usually shipped within 24 hours after order approval.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge — CALL FOR INFORMATION.
We make every effort to have accurate information on our site regarding stock availability. However, if items on your order become unavailable and can be back ordered, we will contact via email or phone to determine what you want to do. Unavailable items that can not be back ordered will be removed from your order and the remainder of your order will be processed and shipped. Charges will be adjusted to reflect the items actually shipped. We will notify you about any changes via email or phone as soon as possible.
What are some things that can delay my order?
Mojo Sports, LLC does not guarantee your order will be processed. If additional shipping charges apply, your card is declined, the billing address for your card does not match the billing information you provided, or there are technical problems, your order may not be processed until the matter is resolved.
Processing an order generally consists of verifying the information on the order, verifying the card had been properly authorized, evaluating the order for fraud, verifying stock availability, and sending your order to the appropriate warehouse for fulfillment.
Orders received before 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time are usually processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time are processed the next business day. Most orders ship within 24 hours of processing. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

A school P.O. is preferred when ordering. Without a school P.O., customer is required to pay when placing the order.
Ordering: Orders received before 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time are processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time are processed the next business day. Most orders ship within 24 hours of processing. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Methods of Payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover are accepted for payment.
Shipping: Shipping charges will be applied, based on each individual order. There will be a minimum shipping charge of $12.00 regardless of order size. Any in-stock order is shipped UPS Ground within 24 hours of order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Large items will be shipped Freight. Items that require customization or a custom shipping quote are available by calling Mojo Sports, LLC during our normal business hours.
Billing: All orders from schools & government agencies will require a purchase order number, check in full, or payment by Visa/MasterCard/Discover before order will be processed.
Returns: Returns are only accepted for damaged product. Purchaser is responsible to inspect all shipments for any damages. Factory warranty applies. No returns on any custom work or apparel. Sizing on any product is customer’s responsibility. No returns will be accepted on improper sizing.
Returned Checks: There will be a $35.00 fee assessed on any returned checks.

Terms of Payment: Purchase orders: Net 30 days. Any Invoice not paid in full by date indicated on invoice is subject to a 2% service charge per month with a 24% annual rate.
Booster Clubs: Prepay by Debit/Credit Card or Pre-paid check.
Sales Tax: No Sales Tax for any orders shipped outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Orders shipped within Kentucky are taxed at 6%. For organizations that are exempt from sales tax, sales tax will be waived if we are provided a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. A Kentucky Sales Tax Exemption Certificate can be completed on-line and faxed or mailed to us. *NOTE: With recent federal law changes, this policy may be changing.
